About my service.

With “How People Work“ I give insights and support on how people function in high-pressure, dynamic work environments – especially under stress, team conflicts and organizational tension.
My intent is to make important insights and support visible and accessible to use in daily business when it matters most: in the middle of complexity and pressure.
Why?
The work setup has changed drastically and the human mind is not fully prepared on how to deal with it yet. The constant information flood, changes and expectation overload give leaders a hard time – and lead to pressure, stress and conflict.
Over the years working in organizations I have seen how organizational dynamics and pressure affect people and I believe it’s time to create a more human work environment, where people are truly equipped to meet the new demands.
I am passionate about understanding human behavior and interactions. It is a journey into the invisible psychological mechanism, which are steering people’s behavior and decisions. Even if we structure our organizations with rules and processes, this invisible mechanism quietly operates in the background.
When we find ourselves within challenging dynamics in work groups or organizations, gaining clarity about how we function, evolve and impact is essential.
Understanding and accepting these circumstances makes it easier to navigate them.
It empowers us to not blindly fall into harmful patterns, helping us respond with intention and resilience, consciously steering people.
